Texture Maker Enterprise Co., Ltd. is a food ingredient R&D center and also a premix manufacturer. We have an R&D team dedicated in developing new food textures and creating innovative mouthfeel. We use the most updated way to improve the traditional food technology and we know the trend all around the world. In the meantime, we set up market data base for our customers to check and we provide versatile supports and services to our business partners.

|2003||established under the name of Texture Maker Enterprise Co., Ltd., specialized in importing food ingredient and modified starch.|
|2004||set up R&D department to work on the application and technology of food ingredient.|
|2005||introduced own brand "Baker-Mate" and to offer bakery premix powder, for example like, Korean chewy bread powder and easy-to-use instant mochi mix.|
|2006||expanded the sales channels to work with bakery department at hypermarket.|
|2007||expanded our sales of bakery premix powders to China.|
|2008||work together with academic institution, for example like, the application of waxy rice flour in the chewy bread with Fu Jen Catholic University.|
|2009||set up an ISO 22000 and HACCP certified factory in New Taipei City, Taiwan.|
|2010||expanded the sales to South East Asia, for example like, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia and etc. In the meantime, we imported wheat protein and customizing formulas for our customers.|
|2011||introduced own brand "TOP SNOW" and to provide a new style of beverage application.|
|2012||set up a HALAL certified production site and acquired HALAL certification. Import various kinds of non-dairy creamer and customize formulas to fit different needs.|
|2013||sales were widely approached to North America and Europe.|
|2014||introduced a new brand "TOP INNO" and combined the brand with "TOP SNOW" to provide a total solution of premix powders for catering franchise system.|
